Innovation & Engineering Excellence (I&EE) is now looking for a Manager - Project Management Office (PMO) section.
I&EE within Development & Engineering are providing process services through leading edge competences and infrastructure. Project management office (PMO) that is recently merged with I&EE develops and delivers project management services to enable development and engineering projects success globally within Tetra Pak.
The mission for the section is to foster professionalism and best practices to achieve excellence in program and project management by:
• Focus on contribution to projects delivery in the scope of "Faster, Better and Cheaper"
• Strive for practical and valuable project management solutions
• Drive "cross-fertilisation" across D&E s different technical Platforms and projects

• Grow program and project management professionalism
• Establish program and project management practices
• Support the governance of programs and projects
Publiceringsdatum2008-07-13KvalifikationerThe successful candidate has a university degree with more than 5 years of experience in project management. Ideally Project Management Institute (PMI) certified, the candidate should have a good understanding of Product Creation and Product Life Cycle processes. Proven leadership skills are needed since you manage a team that works both in Lund and Modena.
You are able to lead colleagues in developing and delivering project management services. Your work will involve a lot of internal and external contacts and it is vital that you possess strong informal authority, good communication skills and good written and spoken English. You also have personal drive with passion for project management best practices and are independent in the execution of the given tasks, when taking initiatives and propose solutions and actions. This position is based in Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy and will require some travelling.
