At the department Process and Systems in Sandviken we're responsible for the development of Coromant production business processes and systems as well as the Sandvik Coromant Make to Stock processes. To a versatile role we're now looking for a Manager to Production Process and Systems to lead a competent and engaged team.
Your mission
In this position, you lead and develop an international team of eight employees located in four different countries. You plan, prioritize and manage business process development activities and assign them in your team to ensure that the resources are used effectively and that agreements are completed on-time, within budget and for set goals. To ensure implementation of projects for deliverables within the organizations scope is a part of your job and you initiate and govern development activities and projects. Furthermore, you coordinate the cross-functional process development in the Make to Stock area. Naturally, you work towards continuous improvement - both for your team-members and processes!
Your profile
We're looking for someone with a relevant university degree and high knowledge of the manufacturing industry combined with manufacturing processes and systems. You have experience from a leading position and from developing an international team and high skills in change management. As we act in a global environment your English skills must be excellent - verbally and in writing.
