Med stöd av befintliga resurser och tillförsel av japansk spetsteknologi startar företaget en ny verksamhet i Trollhättan, där utveckling och produktion inriktas på elbilar. Målet är att bli en ledande tillverkare av elbilar.
Description
Our Engineering department is now creating a strong foundation of skills and we are therefore looking for a Mechanical Integration Manager. You will use your technical skills and your ability to lead others, as this role is expected to:
• Lead, Coordinate and inspire the Mechanical Integration team in their daily
work.
• Be responsible for predevelopment of the Platform and Vehicle.
• Be responsible of supporting the project, in terms of Vehicle Integration
during the development phase.
• Be responsible and handle personnel related issues within the team.
• Communicate and handle both internal and external interfaces.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
• Relevant experience in the work area, at least 10 years, preferably in the
automotive industry.
• University engineering education or equivalent experience.
• Documented management experience.
• Drivers license B
You master English, both spoken and written.
To be successful in this role, you need to:
• Have functional and technical skills.
• Be creative, solution-oriented and open minded.
• Have good communication skills.
• Have excellent automotive industry knowledge.
• Be able to plan and prioritize.
Terms
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
