Your future team
You will guide a high-performing team of 10 experienced technicians, dedicated to developing Axis's global platforms. As part of our IT Infrastructure & Operations department, you and your team will collaborate with other expert groups and stakeholders to define and deliver the cutting-edge infrastructure and technology that supports Axis worldwide.
Together with your team, your primary responsibility will be to strategically evolve Axis's technological landscape, identifying and implementing innovative solutions that meet business needs and contribute to a significant strategic advantage.

This role offers significant autonomy as you build and inspire a newly formed team, integrating all platform responsibilities. This means you and your team will be instrumental in setting the strategic technical agenda and shaping the future direction of the platform. You'll collaborate extensively with stakeholders and technical teams to build and align comprehensive roadmaps and action plans. A key part of your remit will be to proactively manage and foster transformative technical initiatives and changes, making a significant positive impact across the platform and the entire Axis organization.

We're looking for a leader with a strong technical foundation and demonstrable success in navigating both organizational and technological transformations. You will cultivate the art of balancing complex business requirements, team needs, strategic objectives, and budget realities to ensure Axis benefits from the most effective platform solutions.

We Believe You Will Need some of the skills below:
Experience of Cloud, Virtual platforms, Kubernetes, Automation & AI
Experience of building roadmap & action plans
Experience of building teams and plans for individual development.
Experience of Stakeholder Management and strong communication skills.
Experience of leadership in a global value-based environment.
