We are now hiring a Manager for foodora Creatives that will take on the responsibility over the 'foodora Creatives' department, including personnel responsibility of a brilliant team of six colleagues. foodora Creatives build website solutions for our restaurant partners, which makes the take-away process for both the restaurants and customers more efficient and smooth. To thrive and succeed in this role we need you to bring your sharp business mindset, a fearless attitude and an understanding of how to develop and maintain a successful department (in a very high paced company!). Let us not forget the importance of great leadership skills, you lead by example and make sure your team gets the support they need on a daily basis. WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
• Be responsible for/- and develop the department and the product/service that is 'foodora Creatives'
• Have personnel responsibility for your team, which today contains of two colleagues within sales, two within IT and one colleague within UX
• Be responsible for the teams budget, plan and prioritize how and where to use it
• Work both on an operational level as well as set strategic plans for the team/department/product to take it to the next level
• Coordinate different projects between our internal teams as well as Delivery Hero in Berlin

• Initiative - You can with high energy and a driven mindset take your own initiatives
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• You have an university degree with a business approach, for example economics, IT, engineering, marketing or similar
• You probably have approximately four years experience of a similar role
• You have at least two years experience from a role with full personnel responsibilities
• You have good knowledge in Excel (Office)
• You can communicate fluently in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing
• It will be considered a plus if you have experience from product development or CMS program
• It will be considered a plus if you have experience from a fast paced environment from start-up/scale-up
• It will be considered a plus if you have experience from the restaurant industry
