Scania Industrial Maintenance AB is a technical production support company within Scania CV AB. We are responsible for production and facility maintenance across Scania and have approximately 1200 employees in Södertälje, Oskarshamn, and Luleå. Role Summary
We are looking for a business-oriented CFO to Scania Industrial Maintenance AB, a separate legal entity within Scania Group. As CFO, you are a key member of the Scania IM management team and report to the CEO of Scania IM.

You are a motivational leader with solid financial experience, capable of inspiring and developing the Finance & Procurement team to deliver on our 2026 strategy, objectives and financial targets.

You have a high performing team consisting of three business controllers and one Procurement coordinator.

Job responsibilities
As CFO, you will lead the work of the Finance & Procurement department, and act as a business partner to our organization. Being close to and understanding our operations is key, ranging from production maintenance, facilities maintenance to industrial projects. You
have responsibility for internal financial reporting, reporting to the company board as well as to Scania Group. You will have many contact areas throughout Scania in this role.

In your role as member of the Scania Industrial management team, you are not only the voice for stability and control but also for change and challenge in order to support the strategy of driving the shift and becoming the reference in our business. You will continue to develop business controlling and a financial mindset throughout Scania IM.

The Finance & Procurement department's main areas of responsibility are:
• Proactively working with analyses and follow-ups of the business including monthly closings
• Suggest financial activities and improvements tied to the business
• Governance and development of Scania IM:s financial model (incl. pricing)
• Monthly closings, forecasting and long-term business plans including investments
• Develop and streamline processes within finance and purchasing as well as related areas
• Support, train and challenge the Scania IM organization in Finance & Procurement related topics
• Finance & Procurement systems related topics

Who you are
We are looking for a CFO with strong leadership skills, solid financial background and a proven track record of challenging and influencing an organization to get sustainable results. You are business minded and can easily convert needs into clear goals and deliveries. As a leader, you have a genuine interest in developing people, individuals and teams - as well as ability to effectively coach your team. You are results oriented with a visionary approach rather than administrative focus. You act with high integrity and have strong communication skills. Background from production (e.g. production controlling) and/or the construction industry is beneficial, as well as experience from percentage-of-completion accounting.
You have a Degree of Master of Science in Business or equivalent with several years of relevant work experience. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written and as well in Swedish. A very good knowledge in Microsoft Office and generally good IS/IT competence will benefit your personal efficiency. It is a merit if you have experience of working in the manufacturing industry and experience of larger business systems. We use Oracle as a business system and Maximo as a maintenance system.

The management team consist of four business area managers and three managers for the support functions: finance and procurement, people and culture and maintenance technology. You will also have a permanent seat in ICC (Industrial Controller's Council).
