Our responsibility is the Scania Collaboration Layer for R&D Users in the TRATON group community. We are in the beginning of an exciting journey, creating the processes and tools for collaboration between the brands in the TRATON group with up to date tools and techniques.
As a Manager of Collaboration Layer your tasks are typically:
• Motivating, involving and developing your co-workers.
• Creating prerequisites for improvement/development within the specific area of DevOps and AWS/Java development.
• Creating a common strategy together with your colleagues in both IT and business, inspiring your teams to execute in the right direction.
• Leading cross-functional assignments and creating value streams with an agile mindset, enabling the teams to deliver value to our end users faster.
• Cooperating with your tandem at the different brands and being a part of the multi-brand international management team.
