The Fundraising Company & Outreach Fundraising are looking for a manager of our face to face activities.

Outreach fundraising is one of the leading Swedish face to face fundraising companies, that is part of the international Outreach Group. We use face to face fundraising to recruit new donors or members for charitable and non-profit organizations in Sweden and in several other countries. For this activity we are looking for a manager that can:

Lead the activities, especially the recruiting and training of new recruiters.
Inspire the teams.
Manage a young and enthusiastic team.
Report on a regular bases about his or her activities to the management.

We are especially looking for a person with management experience in the field of temporary recruitment that wants to put the experience to good use with us and learn from our experience in this very valuable field of fundraising. Experience in working with young people comes as an advantage. Interest in the charity sector and in non-profit organizations is required.
You need to be fluent in English and Swedish.
