ISS Personaltjänster är ett auktoriserat bemanningsföretag som är specialiserade på personliga och kvalitetssäkrade processer med kunden i fokus. Management Trainees for ISS Nordic
This intensive programme will shortcut your management career, providing you with excellent operations skills and intensive
learning. From day one, you will have a high-profile personal sponsor from our executive management team as your coach
and mentor. You will go through Tours of Duty in our largest operations as well as leadership development activities on a local,
Nordic, and global level.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
After the 18-month programme, we offer you a position as e.g. Key Account Executive, Client Manager, or Facility Manager. You will be responsible for an attractive, strategic customer and will typically work on-site with managing and developing the ISS contract. On a longer term, we expect you to develop into Senior Manager and Director Positions.

Önskade kvalifikationer
If you are MAP material, you are ambitious, outgoing, and eager to perform. Further, you have a commercial academic degree and 1-3 years' job experience:

Your formal competencies
You have a commercial academic degree and 1-3 years of experience from a position with a high commercial content, e.g. within account management, sales, consultancy, or equivalent. In other words, you have a job - and it may be both challenging and interesting - but what you are eager to achieve is an accelerated management career. You want to deal with complex accounts and to contribute to customers' business development via Integrated Facility Services solutions. You expect to have a future within executive management and you are ready to invest time and effort in your career.

Dina personliga egenskaper
As a person, you are executing oriented, pragmatic, and straight forward. You are eager to perform and succeed and show a clear customer and commercial focus. Further, you are a strong communicator - oral as well as written - in your native tongue and English. You have a respectful attitude towards all kind of people and you acknowledge that you must walk the talk in terms of company culture, history, and values. Finally, you balance a caring, empathetic, and loyal attitude with your ambitious and decisive mindset.
