Klarna is partly owned by Investment AB Öresund and Sequoia Capital - a company that saw the same potential in Google, YouTube and Apple Computer, as they do in us. We think that is a good start.

Klarna is looking for Management trainees to the office in Stockholm.

Klarna offers you a trainee program beyond the ordinary, where you will be able to participate in and influence the future of Klarna's success story. During a full year as a management trainee you will have the unique opportunity to shadow and work closely with a member of our management team. You will gain deep insight into Klarna's strategy and organization, as well as the responsibility to carry out a variety of projects of great importance.
When your trainee year is over, you will have a solid understanding of what it means to run a rapidly expanding company and you will have a broad network of contacts within the organization. You will also have a broad base of knowledge and competencies relating to multiple areas of the business and you will receive candid evaluation of your performance and guidance on how to develop managerial skills. Of course you are also expected to continue to grow together with Klarna after your trainee year.
Who are you?
To be a candidate to our trainee program you have recently attained your degree from a leading engineering or economics education and you have an outstanding academic record. You have also worked or studied abroad and have therefore acquired a global perspective on life. Your personality is characterized by a strong analytical ability and you are always prepared to "go the extra mile". You speak and write fluent English. To sum it up, if you are an ambitious, self-motivated entrepreneur who is looking for a real challenge, then there's a good chance that you're Klarna's next management trainee!
