UPS is looking for a Management Trainee to our Gothenburg center.

The main work areas include:

• Methods and procedures
• Cost control and service improvements
• Work measurements
• Analyzing and auditing
• Training and Implementation

As a Management trainee you be working closely with the UPS Operation Management Team. You will work together to make improvements in the Operation.

Skill requirements:

• Bachelor with a major in Engineering
• Strong Excel
• Excellent skills in written and spoken English
• Knowledge in finance is preferable
• Analytical and well organized
• Ability to learn and a desire to be successful
• Flexibility to work early mornings and late evenings when required
• Ability to coach and train people
• Strong team player
• Previous knowledge of working in UPS internal system

The position is a temporary employment during 6 month with good possibilities for extension.

Regular full-time office hours.
