As part of team Indiska you will have an impactful role where your decisions and projects will affect the future of Indiska. You will report directly to our expansion lead from the management team and work closely with our CEO. As a Management Trainee at Indiska you will lead key projects mainly focused on international expansion, but also cross-functional projects related to e.g. store network, assortment, eCommerce, logistics etc. This will give you a wide understanding of the business and expose you to a wide range of practices.
Who can apply?
We are looking for newly graduated students with a Master's degree in business or engineering with great academic results.
As a person you have strong leadership skills, analytical ability and a passion for problem solving.
If you have experience from working within retail - great, that is a plus!
Who are you?
We think you are independent, driven and results oriented, a great problem solver as well as a doer without prestige. You are a fluent in Swedish as well as English and any other language is a plus.
What are we offering?
A paid traineeship with a steep learning curve, where you will be thrown into challenging projects that are key for Indiska's continued development. You will be able to see impact from your work from day one.
The traineeship is fulltime, based at our head office in Stockholm for a period of one year. Travel is included and expected.
