Right now, we are searching for an enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our Global Commercial Operations Europe team in Stockholm.
Role description
Global Commercial Operations is a division within Pfizer that provides commercial services to our Business Units. These services include Sales & Marketing CRM support, Skills & Brand Trainings, Meetings & Congresses, MultiChannel Communication and Compliance Support. GCO positions itself as a Talent Greenhouse, where new colleagues can learn and grow before moving into the Business Units. To fuel our Talent pipeline, we are always looking for new promising coworkers and have started a new Management Trainee program to identify future high potentials. We are targeting recent University graduates from diverse backgrounds, focused on Marketing, Communication, Economics, Business Management, etc.
As a Management Trainee you will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating, culturally rich, fun and international environment where you will be taking on challenging assignments early in your career before moving into a business role. Our goal is to create well rounded future leaders of our company and therefore Management Trainees will be given rotating assignments to gain insight into all aspect of the business.
The Management Trainee program is a 2 year program. Within that period you will be assigned to responsibilities in various departments of the Global Commercial operations organization. During this time you will have the opportunity to learn about Pfizer and its departments, develop your skills, showcase the value you can bring to our organization and build connections and a network in the business. After these 2 years, you are expected to move to a permanent function in the Business or in GCO.

Responsibilities
• Throughout the Management Trainee program you will be assigned to different projects and departments.
• You will collaborate with any relevant wider cross-functional team to successfully implement GCO services in assigned country/country cluster/B.U.
• You will work in partnership with other Pfizer functions such as Business Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Commercial, and Compliance.
• You will support the implementation of regional GCO projects, and share best practices across the regional/global GCO community.
• The starting assignment will be in Sales & Marketing Services. In this department you will execute transactional business processes in support of our Field Force:
• Ad-hoc data analysis & reporting to answer to key business questions
• Data Management (territorial sales and activity, customer and account mappings, etc.)
• Sales Quota setting, Quota attainment calculation and Incentives calculation
• Management and administration of Field Force Applications, e.g. Sales Force Automation database function, problem solving and managing customer facing change requests
• Implementing customer segmentation and targeting analysis
• Analysis and recommendations on Resource Deployment to optimize FF performance
• Continuous improvement of our processes
Qualifications
• Master degree level in Business Administration, Finance, Communication, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent degree
• We are looking for a management trainee, recently graduated from university.
Skills and Knowledge
• Excellent IT literacy/knowledge required (technology savvy) & numeric skills (Excel SQL and Access).
• Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze information, ability to synthesize problems and develop innovative solutions and strategies.
• Self-motivated, high level of independent and service oriented working attitude.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks while reaching alignment with internal business stakeholders on deliverables.
• Good team player.
• Language skills: fluent in local language and English.
