Klarna offers you a trainee program beyond the ordinary, where you will be able to influence and shape the future Klarna. During a full year as a management trainee you will get the unique chance to shadow a member of our management team, either one of our founders, Sweden's first CCO or our CTO. You will get a deep insight into Klarna's organization, responsibility for a variety of projects and even participate in management meetings.
When your trainee year is over, you have a solid foundation and a broad network of contacts within the organization and you are expected to continue to grow together with Klarna.
We believe that you recently have taken your degree from a leading engineering or economics education with very good results. Your personality is characterized by a strong analytical ability and you are always prepared to "go the extra mile". If you are organized and hungry for a real challenge, you're probably the person we are looking for! You also speak and write English fluently.
UPDATE ON THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS!
We will start with the recruitment process for trainee to CFO and COO in December 2010 with start date for the positions as soon as possible.
For trainee to CEO, CCO and CTO the process will start in February 2011 with start date between March and June 2011.
