We are on a mission to become the leading force within property management and residential services. And we are looking for likeminded people to join us on this journey.

Several leading companies joined forces to form Odevo and have in less than three years grown the business more than tenfold to become a leading international player, managing more than 500 000 homes. Our ambition is to continue to grow at the same pace both organically and by attracting additional companies to join us both in Europe and on other continents.

Residential real estate is the world's largest asset class and buying a home is often the biggest investment a person will make, but the residential property management industry is lagging behind when it comes to customer focus and digitalization. That's why we formed Odevo.

Our software is custom-made to simplify living and to make life easier for property owners, residents and property managers. We make difficult things easy to understand and automate time-consuming tasks so people can spend more time on things that they enjoy.

We are a big company with a startup mentality. We aspire to break new ground through innovation and cultivate a workplace where we can grow as individuals and have fun achieving great things together.

To continue our ambitious growth journey, we are looking for more great people to join us. Are you one of them?

About the role
We are now looking for a driven Management Trainee to work closely with Odevo's Management Team. For 1-2 years you will get unique insights about how to lead a fast-growing company on a global scale.

As Management Trainee you will mainly support the Group CEO and Group CFO with daily and strategic work. During your trainee period we expect you to perform with high ambition, energy and with a willingness to learn and develop from the management team. You will be working on a strategic level as well as hands on when supporting the management team with administrative tasks. You will be involved in M&A processes and dialogues and drive key projects together with the Strategy & Transformation team. As part of your role, you will also prepare and attend board and management meetings.

By working at Odevo you will gain valuable tools and experiences and get the chance to build a broad professional network within the Group and with our growth partner Fidelio Capital. When completed your trainee period we expect you to have achieved the relevant experience and skills to be a future leader within the Odevo group.

Who you are
• You have excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving way of working.
• You are a true relation builder since having a close collaboration with the Group management team as well as the organization is part of your daily work.
• You have a curious and creative mindset and you thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
• You have the ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and quickly change focus while maintaining attention to details.
• You operate with structure and order while you are constantly on the move to get things done.
• You have a great interest in people and you handle new situations with humbleness and engagement.

Experience

• Education background with a minimum of a master's degree (ideally engineering or business administration).
• You are newly graduated or have 1-2 years of experience from a strategy consulting firm or a management trainee position. (If you are graduating in the upcoming months, you can start working part-time while completing your education).
• Advanced user of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
