Strategy & Operational Excellence is a global function within Volvo Group Trucks Technology. The function is responsible for driving the development of strategies, advanced quality, operational excellence and environmental core value management. You will join our team within operational excellence and environmental core value management. We especially enjoy thinking outside the box and to operate cross functionally with colleagues within Group Trucks Technology, Group Trucks Operations and Group Trucks Purchasing with the customer success at heart.
Job description
As Management System Leader you will work in a broad role with the responsibility to secure quality and environment certification by performing internal audits, support implementation of global common GTT processes. By auditing you will identify opportunities for improvements. You will also contribute in several networks related to quality and environmental initiatives.
The position will include supporting the implementation of our environmental plan and environmental objectives. You will have an important role in the environmental work within GTT taking an important part in the environmental governance and driving environmental initiatives.
Required qualifications
To be successful in your new role we want you have the following knowledge/experience:
University degree in engineering or equivalent
ISO 9001/14001 knowledge and internal auditing experience
Experience from environmental work
Well-developed presentation skills
Great communication skills in English, spoken and written
