Management System Compliance Manager
Job Summary:
In your role as Management System Compliance Manager at GFFI FCBS Internal Control & EGMS you will be part of the global team for EGMS and part of the team's ambition to develop and secure effective understanding, implementation of - and compliance to - the Ericsson Group Management System.
Tasks are including, but are not limited to, the responsibility to coordinate/perform an efficient Way of Working with EGMS Compliance matters at Group Function Finance & Group Function People, as well as the responsibility for Customer Audits for the Ericsson Group.

Responsibilities & Tasks:
* Acting as Subject Matter Expert in Customer Audits performed in Ericsson
* Ensuring unified Ways of Working with Customer Audits regarding planning and execution
* Process for coordination of Customer audits planning and scoping including governance in place
* Consolidate reports on Customer Audit findings for global learning
* Plan/perform GF/FA Internal Assessments as assessor/lead assessor, consolidate reports on findings and ensure actions based on global input
* Plan/secure the execution of GF/FA Management Reviews
* Act as Subject Matter Expert in EGMS and compliance matters for the GF/FA\
* Facilitate the integration or Ericsson corporate requirements in GF/FA organization
* Facilitate activities of ISO assessment certification bodies with corresponding GF/FA organization
* Assist in managing Group Steering Documents in scope

Minimum Qualification and Experience requirements:
* Master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the MS Compliance area
* Experience and knowledge from working with Customer Audits in practice regarding planning, execution and follow-up
* Experience and knowledge from working with Internal Assessment and Management Review activities
* Solid knowledge of the ISO standard requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
* Proven ability to apply a holistic business perspective on job tasks
* Experience of leading working teams & projects
* Proven ability to interact with and through multiple organizations
