hela Sverige We are looking for a Support in Strategic Technology Management for a company in Södertälje. Start in July, 12 months contract to begin with.
Key Responsibilities:
Support operative work with a focus on Core/Non-core activities and Research & Innovation.
Operative work on implementing governance frameworks in alignment with corporate strategy.
Plan, set up, and moderate cross-functional meetings involving senior stakeholders.
Document and follow up on decisions, actions, and strategic roadmaps.
Collaborate closely with leadership teams across departments such as R&D, Innovation, Production, Procurement, and Strategy.
Facilitate strategic workshops and innovation planning sessions.
Serve as an interface between functions and ensure alignment on cross-domain strategic topics
Requirements:
5-10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the automotive industry.
Proven track record in strategic management, governance, and innovation planning.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
Ability to operate independently and take ownership of complex topics.
Willingness and ability to work partially onsite in Södertälje, Sweden.
Fluency in both Swedish and English is required for this role.
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Södertälje. Start is in July, 12 months contract to begin with.
