Ericsson Management Consulting - Strategic Programs Practice works closely with Ericsson?s global leadership team to deliver breakthrough business results through strategic consulting projects. In addition, the Practice serves as a unique talent pool for future leaders at Ericsson.

Job description, Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst you will:
• Solve key strategic business problems in collaboration with a project team
• Perform interviews, lead workshops and conduct data analysis
• Synthesize findings and deliver recommendations to senior executives
• Interact closely with managers across the Ericsson Group to secure business results
Competency profile
• Excellent academic record with a bachelor's/master?s degree or equivalent in Business, Economics and/or Engineering
• Highly results-oriented
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proven team player
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Prior work experience from management consulting is positive, though not a requirement
You are a recent graduate or less than three years into your professional career. You are comfortable with interacting with senior executives, excited to build strong consulting and analytical skills and eager to learn about the dynamic telecom industry.
