PwC Operations Management Consulting team is growing and now you have the opportunity to join us in our future investment when we are looking for a Management Consultant at Senior Manager level to our office in Stockholm.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities As an Operations Management Consultant, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex operations issues from strategy through to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clientsBe involved in the financial management of clientsBe actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clientsDevelop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clientsManage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the teamShape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteriaTrain, coach, and supervise team membersContinue to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brand Preferred skillsTo succeed in the role you need to have about 8-10 years of working experience, operations management including operationalizing business strategies and transforming value chain functions from product development through supply chain, manufacturing, and product support. Thorough experience in Operations Strategy and Transformation, Product Innovation and Development, Supply and Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Service Operations, Manufacturing and/or Logistics is preferred. You enjoy collaboration and have an open minded and a leadership approach that makes the people around you grow. As a Senior Manager you have the ability to develop close and trusted working relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally. You have the knowledge and experience to identify potential opportunities for PwC support, either through sell-ons from existing projects/programmes or spotting new opportunities, working with the senior leaders to qualify and define the opportunity and preparing proposals that are successful in winning projects.
