We are seeking an experienced lead RPA developer to join our growing practice in Stockholm, Sweden. If you have experience in RPA, are innovative, digitally-minded, and are ready to grow and develop in a successful global consulting firm, we would like to talk to you!
Requirements
• Certified developer with demonstrated experience in one of the major RPA platforms (Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere)
• Minimum 4 years work experience, ideally in consulting
• Demonstrated experience with agile project methodology
• Demonstrated experience managing teams
• Prince 2 or PMP certified
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field
Ideal additional qualifications
• Experience with data analytics or statistical modelling platforms like Python, R, Matlab
• Experience with process improvement methodology such as Lean 6 Sigma, TQM, Agile Management
• Experience building target operating models
• Experience with other RPA, machine learning or artificial intelligence platforms
• Experience working in the financial sector
