 ABOUT THE POSITION

You will be a part of Benify Consultants, a value creating department within our sales organization. Being highly knowledgeable in our product and our smart system we educate prospects how Benify adds value to them as clients. We work hand-in-hand with sales to turn prospects into clients in short and intense projects lasting 4-8 weeks. We joggle several high stake projects running simultaneously while emotions surface (we are in sales) and prospects demand full attention and professionalism. We are fighters keeping calm with an eternal smile on our face. We work smart and get the job done. Important to mention, as a Benify Consultant compared to a â'standard' management consultant you will get direct facetime with clients, you will manage your own projects and your work will have a direct impact on Benify's success, products and services.  

IN DETAIL, YOU WILL:

• Lead complete value consulting projects with prospects
• Structure and manage value projects to meet customer needs.
• Lead workshops, interviews and presentations
• Engage and co-operate with several internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze data and transform it into convincing sales material
• Create amazing demo products for our prospects
• Deliver irresistible presentations to senior audiences.
• Take part in the development of Benify Consultants, locally and internationally.

WHAT IS REQUIRED?

• Fluency in 3 languages: Swedish, English and French or German, preferably both.  
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of consulting, strategic sales, account management or HR.
• A Master's degree
• Management experience is highly qualifying. 
• Strong drive to take on additional responsibilities over time,
• Willingness to travel in Europe, roughly 30% travel.     
• Proven ability to deliver convincing presentations to executive audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and you like to dig into complex topics.
• You are client oriented and excellent at dealing with complicated client requirements.
• You are a communicative team player
