• Lead and coordinate the Retail Operation Support Team (who support the Retail Operation manager and the deputies).
• Prepare and manage the Retail Management meetings
• Prepare and manage big market 360 workshops
• Prepare and support ROM and Deputy ROMs in Retail Market Councils and Retail Country Boards for 25 markets
• Prepare relevant reports to the INGKA Supervisory board
• Prepare and organize meetings for the ROM and Deputy ROMs
• Actively participate and contribute to the business plan process and yearly calendar for the organisation.
• Prepare reports, speeches and presentations for specific agreed needs/events.
• Coordinate and maintain external business network for manager and arranging guest visits.
• Travel with the manager for internal and external meetings as necessary.
• Act as public face / contact on behalf of managers within the aligned scope.
• Lead specific projects defined by the manager.
• Be part of the required management team(s) and needed forums contributing to the achievement of the business strategies and plans.
