To succeed, we need you! We are now looking for a management assistant to work in close collaboration with the head of Powertrain Projects Purchasing. You will also interact and support the European project office community mgmt. team and actively work with the project office team of Powertrain projects. Hence, a great opportunity to contribute in many ways and increase your connections and network. This position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Main activities & Responsibilities
Administrate daily actions and support in the preparations of regular project governances
Support the planning and organization of department meetings
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
Responsible for the department's administrative routines as well as proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft O365, EBD etc.
Welcome to continuously find new ways to improve our way of working
Responsible for the information flow within the department including team building events
Contribute to a good teamwork within the department
Facilitate and coordinate the office building
Support the Head of Pwt Project office with travel, business & general administration, and planning
Coordinate activities with the other assistants

Qualifications

We believe the right candidate has an open and positive attitude, is organized, service minded and flexible. Our work is a "together project", so we judge collaboration, communication, and networking as important keys for success. Ability to work proactively and take own initiatives are also important attributes.
You are open to work with different people and personalities, having a global mindset and advanced skills in English
You have good understanding and experience of office 365 and IT systems usage in general
Knowledge about the Volvo organization and administrative routines is an advantage, or you are a quick learner .
