Management Assistant & Site Coordinator to the Technology Site Representative / Director Wheel Loader Platform in Eskilstuna
Position Description:
The Technology Site in Eskilstuna has approx. 600 employees. This role is to support Technology Site Representative with administrational tasks and coordinate site activities. Additionally there is a certain part of monitoring tasks to be performed independent at own responsibility.
Profile:
You need to bee experienced in handling a wide range of administrative, secretarial and executive support related tasks and be able to work independently with little or no supervision. You need to be well organized, flexible and enjoy working in a multinational and multicultural environment.
As management assistant and site coordinator you need to have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a challenging environment, sometimes under pressure, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of diplomacy, professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
Skills:
• High level in written and verbal communications skills
• Language skills in English writing and speaking
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office Office tools (Power point, Exel, Word, Outlook)
• Preparing & supporting managment meetings incl. adm. of notes, decisions, etc.
• Strong coordination and organization skills
• Ability to work independently
• Diplomacy and discretion required
• Flexibility and availability
• Systematic and committed
• Service minded
• If you are familiar with Volvo CE organization this is an advantage.
