You support, assist and contribute to a range of initiatives, strategic and organizational tasks that makes Commercial and Digital team working coherently, continuously and in a result-oriented way.
You work as an amplifier of Commercial and Digital needs from the Meeting Places in all C&D initiatives and overall C&D agenda as well as in a daily job of the team. You organize and drive C&D management team meetings.
Furthermore, we want you to grow, learn and develop a broader perspective before moving to another assignment in 2-3 years. As part of this role, you will also be driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered.
Moreover, you will:
• Lead projects and assignments supporting the purpose of Domain such as Yearly C&D kick off meeting and other specific projects, defined by C&D Manager.
• Lead and develop further C&D Service catalogue, collect and share follow up on cooperation with Meeting Places and other domain, plan and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with and participate in fit for purpose teams, actively engaging other domains and the Meeting places.
• Lead and organize cross-domain competence development activities, follow up on the progress.
• Support the Domain Manager in creating an effective team and insure efficient communication
In this position, you will report to our Commercial and Digital Manager, and be based in Malmö, Sweden.

Together with IKEA and other partners we co-create virtual and physical meeting places where the many can meet, find what they need, and connect with their communities and the world. That's our business idea.
