Jobdescription
As a Managed Services Solution Manager/Expertyou’ll have the following responsibilities:
• Explore operator network outsourcing requirements, develop competitive, customized network O&M solution, i.e. managed services solution to satisfy the needs of the operator.
• Assist or lead an end to end managed service sales project, and responsible for the success of this project, which including:
a) Identify sales opportunity
b) Feasibility study
c) Define win strategy and solution.
d) Develop proposal and business case
e) Customer presentation.
f) Due Diligence
g) Contract negotiation
• Identify the main risks among periods from operator’s requirements analysis, services bidding, negotiation, contract signing, to delivery, and set the control points and methods.
• Lead Key sales projects from opportunity creation, to feasibility study, to define the win strategy and client solution, to develop proposal, to due diligence and contract negotiation, till contract and transition.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.
• 5+ years work experience in Telecommunications industry.
• Project bidding knowledge and experience, commercial and legal knowledge. Be able to understand and analyze customer's requirements and submit and high-quality service solution. Candidates with service sales experience would be preferred.
• Familiar with O&M management mode of Telecom Operators or Managed Services operations mode of telecom equipment. Candidates familiar with wireless network O&M and possess practical network O&M management experience would be preferred.
• Process services solution developing capabilities and communication competence.
• Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English.
• Energetic and studious; be able to travel frequently with short notice.
Organization:
You will work in the Central and Eastern Europe organization based in Sweden, Kista.
