hela Sverige We are now looking for several talented Maintenance and Tools Developers for our client?s product development teams. Our client is a game developer that is producing online casino games.
Role Overview
As a Maintenance Technician you are responsible for the stable operation of the internal test systems and services, monitoring general system health. You will plan capacity, and place orders with IT, so that sufficient computing resources are available when the projects need them. Understand the department?s team?s work and their needs, keep an open mind and be flexible to help solve the team challenges and give them adequate support. Additionally as a Tools Developer, you will develop and maintain well functioning and usable test and development tools.
Required skills and experience:
• At least 2 years professional experience of system administration of UNIX and Windows systems and/or developing developer/test tools.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
• Experience of Ruby, Java, .NET
• Other programming languages are advantageous
• You are familiar with or have experience of agile development methods like Scrum
• Experience with virtualization and infrastructure automation advantageous
• Experience with test tools and test automation advantageous
• Strong language skills ? excellent spoken and written English is a must, and preferably Swedish as well
• Strong communication skills for working closely with other international departments around the world
• You are a software generalist that easily learn and master new software technologies; knowledge of a wide range of languages and platforms is a plus
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, able to work independently
