Within the Maintenance Services in TPS for Packaging department we are now looking for a Maintenance Reliability Engineer who will take responsibility over filling line maintenance recommendations in maintenance services in a production environment where digital agility and automation are key drivers for the business.
Responsibilities:
• Secure that predictive maintenance is fully incorporated within the maintenance programs supporting the digitalisation of the service business.
• Develop and maintain maintenance strategies and recommendations with emphasis on RCM
• Secure that feedback from internal and external users of our maintenance system is evaluated, analysed and used to update the maintenance recommendations.
• Support the design and development organisation in their work with Design for the Service business through the submission and follow-up of service business requirements.
• Supports the relevant initiatives/projects in maintenance services and platforms.
• Keep a deep technical knowledge in order to fulfil high quality maintenance recommendations
• Secure that the maintenance cost is kept under control through equipment life cycle management.
• Assess alignment between tasks on different machine systems for mechanical functions that are common across machines
The positions will be based in Lund, Sweden, and requires 5% of travelling.
Qualifications:
Language and Education:
To be a successful candidate you should have a Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in Mechanical, Automation or Electrical Engineering. You have excellent English skills both in verbal and in written communication. Knowledge of the local market's language as well as being a certified Reliability Engineer is an advantage.
Professional Skills and Experience:
You have at least 3 years of technical, hands-on experience, being a Field Service or Test Engineer, PLC or Issue Resolution owner, Technical Project Manager or Maintenance Specialist.
Personal Qualifications:
As a person you have strong analytical mindset with excellent planning and scheduling abilities.
You navigate easily in a multinational setup and have great skills in influencing stakeholders across different functions and geographies. You are a self-starter who always strives for excellence in delivering results.
