About the role
As a Maintenance Program Manager you will work within the function Parts & Service and Quality & Customer Satisfaction. They are responsible for reduce downtime and increase profitability for the vehicles owners. They are represented in in Sweden, Brazil, Mexico, Poland and India. They are now seeking for a Maintenance Program Manager to be located at the Gothenburg site, who has the drive and passion to contribute to future solutions of their products, using both your knowledge and curiosity to find the best solutions together with your colleagues within Parts & Service and Product Development. Your main activities and responsibilities will be:
* Overall global responsibility for the structure and strategy of Maintenanceprogram
* Together with technical and commercial functions assure that the customers get the best maintenance possible for their vehicles
* Maintenance Program strategy in accordance to maintainability feature roadmap
* Coordinate update towards Service Contracts, VOSP, PROMPT and Impact
* Initiate and order the creation of Service Planning Bulletin for each model
* Stakeholder for maintenance program in Start cost and PMR-projects
* Work closely with Service Engineers and together balance and optimize in service operations related to the maintenance program
* Drive and lead work in creating the leanest maintenance for the vehicles, both technical and commercial
* Support Feature Leader in target setting to each segment - City, Intercity and Coach
* Represent the function in Maintenance forums
* Process-owner for Maintenance Program
* Accountable for Maintenance Program budget
* Works closely towards other brands to assure that we share common strategies on how the vehicles are maintained and on way-of-working
* Benchmark competitors within your field of expertise
About you
We are looking for someone with a university degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical education. You have aftermarket experience, preferably 5 years, and a LEAN mind-set and approach. Furthermore, you have a structured way of working, are business oriented with a clear customer focus and a drive to improce the way of working, with strong implementation skills.
Important for the role:
* Fluent in English, written and verbal
* Holistic view and ability to work cross functionally and build strong relations
* Driven and ability to take lead
* Good communication skills, be able to work towards many different stakeholders and levels within the company
