We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Process Specialist to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate Technical administration team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing/ramping up our Maintenance work and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
About the job
Working as an Maintenance Process Specialist involves both developmental and supportive activities, mainly for ones own area of responsibility, but also with a strong focus on cross-functional coordination and collaboration.
A typical day at work will include development, documentation and communication of processes and way of work for the maintenance department. Implementation and educational activities of the same are also common tasks. The business developer will also be involved in improvement projects, improve the standardized procedures, support personnel in system handling and data management within the systems we use for our daily work. On top of all, a strong focus on standardization, governance and inter-company communication defines the Business developer working days.
We expect our Maintenance Process Specialist to be curious, driven, outgoing, and open minded with an ability to listen to the organizational needs and transfer them into company procedures. We also expect them to be team-players that enjoys collaboration and networking. A good stress management and the ability to handle conflicts and make decisions are also valuable traits.

About the team
The Technical Administration team support our Maintenance Department with processes, systems, templates and standardized way of working.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Development and standardization of processes
Data Management for our PLM and ERP system
Project management
Analyzing of maintenance data
Change Management
Communication, support and Education

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
We are looking for you with a technical education at university level, preferably supplemented with experience of business development. MSc or MBA/Relevant University Degree
5+ years working experience within maintenance
Excellent English written and oral skills

Bonus points for:
Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
Experience from start up company
Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, French)
Experience from a multi-cultural environment
