hela Sverige As our next Maintenance & Logistics co- worker you will work with many different operational tasks within our facilities in Älmhult. You will work with Maintenance of the facilities, interiors, workspaces, and Logistics both on our Sites and the warehouse.
Examples of tasks that will pop up, are:
• Handling internal goods flow
• Ensuring that all furnishing and interiors are in a great shape every day
• Putting together furniture (mostly IKEA, of course!)
• Providing technical support
You are essential for our facilities to be functioning, we are nothing without your help!

Your personality is of great importance to us. You are service-minded, flexible, innovative, curious, stress resistant and a good team player. We are looking for a co-worker that shares the IKEA values.
To be successful in this role you should have a good sense for things to be neat and in order and not shy away from technical- and "handyperson" tasks. You like to roll up your sleeves and get things done, together with your colleagues and see new tasks as an opportunity to learn. You are flexible and motivated to take on varied tasks.
Driver's license (B-körkort) is a must. Forklift driver's license is good to have but can be offered as a part of the intro education.
English and a basic level of Swedish is a must.
