We are looking for a Maintenance Management process responsible for our Enterprise PMO, which is a central IT Governance function. IT-Governance?s vision is to ensure efficient time to market with strong business focus and zero waste. We have a great number of projects and maintenance deliveries, where we invest resources to ensure H&M sales, future growth and expansion. To secure the goals and ensure our delivery we need a clear and common way of working. Our goal is to establish a highway for a time-to-market delivery through clear steering, support and follow-up.
Therefore, we now need an experienced Maintenance Management process responsible to guide and support our colleagues in successful deliveries. You have the ability to understand our complex environment and can provide a structured way of working. You will, in close cooperation with your colleagues, maintain and develop governance models and tools within maintenance and service management, ensure alignment with other methods and practices, and facilitate implementations.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Maintenance Management process responsible comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• to make sure our tools and guidelines are up to date and suitable
• stay updated on branch standards within your area of responsibility
• interact with other process responsible within the company to secure alignment with other frameworks and tools
• implement changes and verify results
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• experience of process development and maintenance management including steering models, methods and tools such as IT Service Management, ITIL, PM3 etc
• to combine theory and practice
• experience from working in delivery such as application manager, service manager, maintenance management leader, product manager or similar roles
• ability to optimize processes, and to coach teams and people to improve their ways of working
• to explain and communicate according to audience
