Job Summary
Tetra Recart is creating a new team structure to accelerate the growth of our Tetra Recart business worldwide. We see an exciting opportunity to significantly scale up this business, driven by growth trends in the food categories that our Tetra Recart solutions serve. Tetra Recart Services will focus on supporting customer operation with relevant service offering and our capabilities to make difference.
We are looking for a Maintenance expert that will drive continuous improvement of TRC maintenance recommendations. In this role you will work closely with service delivery teams globally to develop, improve, and implement both generic and customized maintenance recommendations and task lists.
You will be a key player and ambassador for Customers, Services Delivery teams, Suppliers and D&T on how to maintain TRC system.
The position is permanent and ideally based in Lund, Sweden. Alternative location can be considered for experienced candidates. You will be travelling up to 40% of your time.
What you will do
Based on customers' needs, support development of relevant maintenance services offerings together with account teams.
Drive maintenance customer assessments and deliver customer adapted maintenance recommendation to secure system performance and competitive TCO.
Define and implement our approach of TRC Flexible Maintenance, follow up execution and feedback on maintenance event.
Develop customized maintenance recommendation based on customer operation and support planning key maintenance events.
Drive continuous improvement activities to optimize our recommendations and cost level.
Drive the consistent use and application of the global maintenance process and tools within own area of responsibility, compliance to TPMS (Preventive Maintenance) process schedule. Serve as Business Expert on maintenance related subjects, as required.
Provide support to the Service Engineers to resolve maintenance related issues, ensure that process is consistently followed and applied to ensure rapid and permanent resolution. Audit the delivery of all types of maintenance services before, during and after the event.
Provide support on reviewing maintenance recommendations for Service Contracts.
We believe you have
We believe you have the following experiences and abilities:
A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Food processing
Good understanding of market dynamics and customer operational requirements
Understanding of maintenance and reliability concepts
Knowledge of MS Office applications
Advanced skills in Excel
Experience of delivering services into the industrial equipment sector
Experience in the front line with customers
Good understanding of TPMS
A high proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
As a person you have a willingness to share your knowledge and contribute with a positive attitude and drive. You have an analytical mindset combined with excellent negotiation skills. It is also necessary that you have ability to work in a multinational setup and have great skills in communicating and influencing stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
