What we are looking for
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Maintenance Engineer to Schneider Electric Distribution Centre in Örebro.
The Maintenance Department guarantee the preservation & re-establishment of machines to original state
Core processes for the department are:
• Comply with health, safety and environment (HSE) with regard maintenance activities throughout the DC, including managing incidents and near misses.
• Do corrective & preventive maintenance operations
• Build & manage the program maintenance (CMMS : Computer aided Maintenance Management System)
• Manage short term actions & maintenance contracts
• Manage internal or subcontracting for facility management (assets and buildings)
Your responsibilities
• Comply with the Healthy, Safety, Environment rules with regard maintenance activities throughout the Distribution Centre.
• Manage by delegation internal or subcontracting for facility management (assets and buildings)
• Identify and express to managers any risks regarding health and safety, including reporting all incidents and near misses.
• Define and Implement predictive maintenance, preventive, corrective complex operations requiring the use of a wide field of expertise
• Decide, prioritize & implement with warehouse operations the maintenance actions plan in order to maintain machines original state
• Manage the Total Product Maintenance on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and machines
• Manage the technical aspects for capability of all internal & external tools under responsibility of the plant
• Ensure the consideration of maintainability means of new projects
• Contribute strongly to choose technical solutions in its (their) specification(s) in conjunction with the Engineering department.
• Manage & optimize maintenance costs including spare parts inventory for internal and external logistic means
• Organize the intervention of the maintenance team in the implementation and ramp up of new workstations or machines
• Data ownership: Ensure consistency and updating of the information system of maintenance
For Adaptation:
• Is the SPOC testing equipment: ability to analyze breakdowns, perform maintenance (Preventive & Curative) defined in Local adaptation industrial referential (maintenance guide), manages calibration. Escalate and coordinate resolution with Level2 support in case of issue on industrial means which can not be solved locally.
• Is certified to work in an electrical hazard environment for maintenance Operations
Required skills and experiences
You are ambitious, driven, structured, goal oriented and a team player. We believe you have experience in maintenance, a mechanical background and strong organizational skills. Fluent in English and Swedish.
