WHAT YOU WILL DO
The purpose of the role is to contribute to the development of the on-site proactive maintenance strategy, including the preventive maintenance plans, and to own the site maintenance system and maintenance records; contributing to the long-term maintenance strategy at the site.
In your role you will be responsible for:
Handling and updating maintenance records
Develop equipment maintenance plans
Data analysis of process- and maintenance data
Root cause analysis
Contact person for maintenance subcontractors
Responsible for activities related to planned maintenance stops
Prepare statistical analysis, criticality analysis etc.
Maintenance system super user (new system is to be implemented)
Collaboration with production personnel
Together with the Maintenance Manager, developing the maintenance organization at Landskrona
You will be reporting to our Maintenance Manager Landskrona.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for at least 5 years' experience as a maintenance engineer within the food/pharma/process industries.
To be successful in this role we believe you:
Have a very data-driven approach to maintenance, basing your decisions on data
Are super user in a maintenance system, continuously developing and perfecting system analysis
Have a holistic view on maintenance, with an attention to detail
Embracing change as a constant, driving new ideas
Are organized, structured, analytical
High level of efficiency and a problem-solving and a positive approach to constant change
High integrity and a self-starter/takes initiatives
A team-player, people centric, with good communication skills
Have a M. Sc., in Engineering

You are an improvement driven person with a hands-on approach, even during rapid change. You have social competence and enjoy working independently as well as together with others. You are excellent at communicating, both verbally and written in English and Swedish.
