Could you be the full-time Maintenance Engineer in Luleå we're looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and analytical expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You'll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of material supply and technical support agreement project. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including maintenance, supply chain, reliability, and safety teams), manage maintenance documentation, obsolescence issues, technical quality investigations.
We'll look to you for:
Ensuring quality and reliability of material and services provided to customer.
Proposing and driving changes and optimizations of maintenance methods
Supporting the customer with preparing and managing maintenance documentation, ensuring it is updated, consistent, and compliant with contractual and regulatory standards
Identifying hazards and managing safety-related items during chosen maintenance activities
Conducting risk assessments for proposed changes and authorizing maintenance concession requests
Supporting obsolescence management, troubleshooting, and MMIS (Maintenance Management Information System) setup
Providing return-of-experience (Rex) to relevant teams

Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical qualifications
1-3 years of experience in railway activities
Knowledge of rolling stock equipment
Understanding of railway subsystems
Experience in direct contact with suppliers and customers.
Experience in problem-solving and RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety)
Capacity to assess and manage technical risks
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective, professional interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Swedish and English
