Aurobay is looking for a Maintenance Design Department Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity in a new business, where you will work as a manager for the Maintenance Design Department, responsible for leading the team and developing our processes. There are unlimited possibilities at Aurobay for collaborative people who are ready to make the differences.
What will you do?
You will be responsible:
• To lead and develop our maintenance design team as well as secure right competences.
• To develop maintenance design solutions and additions to existing product flows.
All this will be regarding the Aurobay 's vision to develop the design department in maintenance and be responsible for modifying and adapting existing equipment with the department resources.
Do you fit the profile?
We believe you have:
• University degree, in automation/mechanic/mechatronic or electrical design
• Experience of customer & development projects with in automation solutions.
• Documented experience in leading, motivating, learning & encouraging people with focus to secure that we follow standards, regulations and processes.
• You speak and write Swedish and English on a professional level.
It is meritorious if you have experience of production and production methods perhaps you have been working with flow technology, automation technology, etc.

• are motivated to lead, coach and support your team in their daily task
• have the ability to engage your team according to our company's values
• have passion for people and for the technology we develop
