hela Sverige We are now looking for a skilled professional to take on the role as Maintenance Assignment Leader (MAL) for our daily operation in the Master Invoice Verification (MIV) area within the Volvo Headquarter SAP Finance portfolio. You will be responsible to deliver according to scope defined and agreed with Service Delivery Manager. Within your responsibility lies financial responsibility for the delivery, manning and quality according to Service Level Agreement (SLA). Delivering maintenance services for this delivery will involve resources from different Volvo IT sites/departments.
The MIV solution delivers a standard package for invoice verification within the Request to Pay process where one global process with one common system support is available for all Volvo group companies running Master Finance.
In order to perform well and enjoy this assignment you need to have a broad IT-background and strong leadership skills. Good knowledge in SAP FI/CO and MIV would also be preferred. We are looking for a person with the right attitude, skills and experiences to build effective relations with customers as well as within our organization. Your profile:
• Broad IT background and long experience from handling deliveries to customers
• A driving force with good leadership skills and feel comfortable in using them when aiming for cost, quality, efficiency and time targets
• You like structure and are solution oriented with a holistic view always aiming for customer satisfaction
• Your knowledge and skills makes you feel confident in managing assignments with multi-functional teams in a global organization and a complex stakeholder structure
• Strong social competence and are perceived as service minded, always striving to ensure delivery in accordance with the customer's requirements and expectations
General qualifications and skills:
• Academic qualifications within the relevant field
• Communicative team-player
• Leadership skills
• Proactive and with a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve
• Excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English
• Work experience as a Maintenance Manager, Customer Service Manager, Project manager, Business Analyst or equivalent
• Service minded ? customer focus
• Courage and ability to communicate and explain the content of the services within the agreement/portfolio from a delivery perspective
• Capacity to execute against set targets
