hela Sverige Envirotainer Fleet Quality provides their service network with necessary instructions and tools to perform handling, maintenance, and repair of the container fleet. The setup with a service network of 60+ stations and over 6000 containers require continuous activities to keep work processes and quality aligned, and to be able to take actions or adjust planning. OM TJÄNSTEN
In this position you will be reporting to Head of Fleet Quality and you work in a department of 8-10 colleagues with various technical responsibilities. Your team will be located both in Sweden and in the Netherlands. Besides interactions within the team, you can expect contacts with the service network (globally) and with related departments in Sweden.
At Enviroatiner, they have a new way of working when it comes to the control function of their maintance and repair unit. They have implemented digital work manuals for a more efficient workflow.
You will be responsible for that released document concerning data is verified, effective and efficient in work practies. This means you will continually review and update Envirotainers so called Work Card instructions based on the feedback and development feedback from the Global Service Network and other resources. You will also continually monitor and analyze data in the ECM/MMS system and drive initiatives to ensure continual quality and useability improvement of the data together with the Field Quality team.
Furthermore, you will assist with system improvements towards the system development organization based on user feedback, products, and services development and the overall GSN strategic agenda.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Beside the above mentioned responsibilities, you will also:
• Be super user and tester for ECM/MMS
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of ECM/MMS system manuals and training for the user community
• Provide data mining and analysis of data in the ECM/MMS system
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Minimum finished high school (gymnasie), preferably extended with some specialized education but not a necessity
• Have a strong interest in technology
• Has excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
• Has excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools, strong skills in usage and requirement specifications of IT tools.
• Previous international experience is an advantage

Envirotainer offers leasing services of temperature-controlled containers; mainly for the transportation of pharmaceutical products that are temperature sensitive and needs a controlled environment during transport. The Envirotainer Operations department consists of Customer Service, Logistics, Damage Control, Global Service Network and Reliability & Cold Chain Services. Together they service the logistic needs of our customers, ensures the fully functional containers are where they are needed and when they are needed. Not only they deliver containers, they help the customers to plan and execute successful shipments.
