We are hiring for a Mainframe Service Software manager in Gothenburg, Sweden. Please apply for the role if you are interested it is suitable for you:
Job Description
As a Mainframe Service Software manager you will work integrated in our Service Delivery unit closely together with our experienced mainframe technicians. You will handle both our current customer environments as well as being closely involved in new customer prospects.
• Responsible for the Shared Service Mainframe software management
• Take part of the Shared Service Mainframe calculation and charging
• Take part of the Shared Service Mainframe HW and SW sourcing
• Strong experience, minimum 10 years, from working in an IT delivery organization including solid knowledge about methods used
• Experience relevant for the Infrastructure area, minimum 10 years, technical experience in OS and transaction systems and an overall understanding of the mainframe operation.
• Experience of the Shared Service Finance model and charging methods.
• Experience from working in a global context
• IT Service oriented mind-set
• Excellent communication & presentation skills are a requirement on a sufficient technical level
• Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
