You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our master production plan, aligning it with market demand, inventory levels and resource capacity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll identify and resolve bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement, and ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities
Develop and maintain the master plan considering forecasts, inventory levels and resource capacity
Analyze market trends and customer demand to support production alignment
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
Collaborate with various departments such as sales, engineering and project management to ensure a reliable plan
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for the planning process
Regularly monitor progress towards milestones and identify deviations or roadblocks
Develop planning scenarios to support Sales & Operations Planning
Set delivery dates for quotations
Identify potential risks that could threaten the plan's success and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
Your background
Relevant education or equivalent experience in supply chain management, industrial engineering or related field
Experience in production planning and scheduling is preferred
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g Excel, Power BI or similar)
Good communication- and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in both spoken and written English is required; Swedish language skills are a plus
