hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced and communicative Planner who enjoys combining the understanding of technical complex projects and main planning with working in a flexible and business oriented environment.
Your role
As a Project Planner, you are responsible of a project's main planning. You are a member of a project team, you report to the Project Manager, and is expected to participate in delivery of the project's short and long-term goals. Main responsibility is to coordinate and support the different sub projects' planning including the project's resources and resource allocation.
The projects are flexible with constant changes in working methods over time, which gives opportunities for you to form and develop the planning role together with the project management team and the line organization.
In the role as Main Planner you will be involved in the overall planning for Airborne ISR.
Main planning also includes resources and resource allocation, strategic planning, analyses of different business scenarios and supporting our bid Managers with overall time schedules and visualizing the different aspects of different projects' phases.
The professional interface you will have consist of:
• Planner collegues
• Project and sub project Managers
• Various project supporting roles
• Bid Mangers
• Product Sales Responsibels within Airborne ISR's Sales and Marketing Departement.
• All contributing Saab Buiness Areas and Business Units when it comes to forecasts.
• Your line-organization for business and continous improvements.
Your profile
You are an experienced Planner, preferably from large and complex projects or organizations. You are a communicative team player who enjoys working with both Main and Project planning. You manage to deliver plans in line with given conditions, both strategic and detail plans. You take initiatives and are prepared to work with, and contribute to, continuous improvements and develop our working methods and tools.
Your qualifications also consists of:
• An experienced planner, you have relevant university degree or equivalent experience.
• Good communicative ability in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Thrives in a global and complex business environment.
• Experience from production and/or modification of aircraft, is also of interest.
What you will be a part of
Airborne ISR is a business unit within Saab Business Area Support & Services. We deliver Surveillance Aircrafts (AEW/MPA/MSA) and In service support of delivered systems. Good communication and cooperation is our key words in our efforts to satisfy our customer needs. Main and Project planning is a core function within the Aircraft department.

Our complex and strategic projects reaches several years and the planning role is exciting and flexible with the opportunity to spark a good career gaining experience in high technology projects on an international market.
You need to contribute to our flexible environment with a high focus on business, deliveries and improvements. You will cooperate with many different competencies in a number of interfaces both within our Business Area but also across all of Saab AB.
This position could include access to classified information. Therefore, you will be required to conduct a security assessment in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act in order to be approved for security clearance by the authorities.
