hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Geoscanners AB i Boden The position we are offering now is a mix of sales manager assistant, with the possibility to promote later to sales manager, and warehouse clerk. We have combined the two positions into one so we can offer 100% employment as opposed to 75% which we consider to be not a good alternative. In the first position you will read and answer emails from customers, create offers with the aid of a highly automated ECM software. You will also help in the office with the handling of documents, copying, scanning etc. You will also need to use the company vehicles for different small assignments in town, or in the near town of Luleå.
In the second position you will attend incoming and outgoing orders via the EMS software and with the help of our staff dedicated to the production of the goods, inventory counting etc.
Our requirements are simple, but specific:
You should speak, read and write fluently in English, hence the application being written in English to avoid excess of requests.
You should speak, read and write in Swedish at the level of native speakers, other languages are a bonus.
You should have a valid Swedish driving license category "B" or bette.
You should have a valid bachelor degree, preferably in technology oriented education lines. Master degree is not mandatory, but highly welcome if you have one.
You should have experience with computers, not mobile phones, and no surfing tablets, but real computers .
You should be able to follow written instructions, we call them "work flow protocols". Geoscanners AB is an ISO9001:2015 certified company and all processes are well documented and the protocols need to be followed to the letter.
You should be able to work in a international team environment with people from different cultures, sex, races and faith and be a part of this team.
You should be punctual and organized with your work.
The trial period is five months and 25 days.

We will give preference, but are not limited, to people: good social skills from the "fyrkanten" area practicing healthy way of living (Non-smokers) with good skills in computers and machinery in general with a valid passport until at least 2019.
Publiceringsdatum2016-12-12ErsättningThe starting salary which will be negotiated to better conditions after the trial period has expired is 20000 SEK gross. Due to the fact that you will probably need quite a lot of learning we will not negotiate this amount during the trial period.
