hela Sverige The Advanced Analytics Team within Scania IT is currently looking for a Machine Learning Engineer. The team provides expertise within data science and serves all of Scania. Our mission is to make advanced analytics an integrated part of everyday work in all business areas. Will you join us?
What you will do
You will be responsible for operationalizing our machine learning models in close cooperation with other team members, teams, and individuals across Scania's organization and external partners.
You always want to find better and more efficient ways of working to develop and grow using existing and new initiatives to influence decisions with data.

In return, you have the necessary skills to write clean, maintainable code for mission-critical software components and develop the infrastructure for training, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining of ML-models.
You also have knowledge and experience in the following:
• Software engineering best practices
• Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Agile working methods, CI/CD, and DevOps
• Proven Python experience
• Pluses: R & Big data tools
You have a BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience and are fluent in English. As a person, you are analytical, goal-oriented, have an eagerness to learn, and surround yourself with other people for collaboration.
