As a ML-engineer you will be working in close partnership to our ML-researchers, building tools that they need, taking algorithms from a research implementation into production, and building tools for large-scale data analysis.
What we're doing has never been done before - so we constantly have to figure out new type of solutions to our problems. Without a strong passion for what we do, and for developing your own skills, you'll find the work here too difficult.

Required:
Strong programming skills, especially in Python and the Python scientific stack (NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, pandas)
Personal interest in keeping up to date with libraries/tools of significance
Substantial real-world (non academic) programming experience
Batchelor’s degree in a technical field or work experience in software development
Experience working in team
Strong problem solving skills
Pragmatism and ability to see the bigger picture
Preferred:
Master’s degree in a technical field
Work experience developing machine learning production systems
Experience in software engineering and maintaining a code base
Proficiency with agile or lean development practices
Interest in deep learning
Experience in C++
Basic skills in HTML/Javascript
Experience in developing web- and micro services
Good understanding of data visualisation
Strong automation skills
Good knowledge about algorithms
