This role is quite broad so it is essential that you possess drive and a great deal of curiosity. The map is pretty much unchartered for the right candidate.

What you'll do
• Work within the team to prototype new solutions
• Design and build machine learning and deep learning systems that process and classify information
• Extract insights from large, real world data sets - big, messy, incomplete and full of errors :-)
• Use machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and graph analysis to create new products and experiences
• Technical presale / feasibility analysis
• Work with DevOps to build and scale tools and libraries to improve developer and user experience
• Collaborate with team members to provide and receive architecture-level and code-level feedback
• Having fun!
What you'll bring
• 5 + years of software development experience
• Experience working on production machine learning systems
• Hands-on experience with Natural language processing, mining of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
• Intuitive understanding of machine learning algorithms, supervised and unsupervised modelling techniques
• Experience with technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Elastic search, Cassandra and related technologies
• Familiarity with the principles of agile and lean development methodologies
• Knowledge of SQL, Hive, Pig, and other query languages
• Experience with machine learning tools and libraries such as Scikit-learn, R, Spark, TensorFlow, Keras
• Deep learning, computer vision, topic modelling, graph algorithms are bonuses!
