Responsibilities
As a machine engineer you will be part of the RD&I working with machine solutions for application of our adhesive systems. Together with project teams you will develop new machine solutions, update, support and continuously improving existing solutions.
The main tasks and responsibilities are:
• To be able to run the projects and tasks efficiently it is important to work closely with the project team including members from other functions.
• To lead the projects within the RD&I work stream.
• Maintain manuals and certificates for supplied equipment.
• Support Team leaders to establish clear project definitions, values, risks and milestones.
• Technical leader for Machine projects, lead the work within RD&I work stream.
• Follow industry trends and work with suppliers and other AN teams in order to develop breakthrough innovation.
The position will require travelling to customers, for understanding the customer needs, to make installation, support existing installations and trials.
Requirements
A degree within engineering, preferably Master of Science, relevant engineering areas are: machine and process engineering. Some years? experience from working with machinery/machine solutions for the process industry, or similar areas. Experience from the wood working industry is considered an additional qualification. Basic knowledge in PLC programming, C (C++, C# etc.). Strong and documented project management skills required.
As a person you are communicative and collaborative cross-functional team player as well as focused on creating result. You have strong analytical skills and also the ability to handle changes in prioritization. Fluent in Swedish and English. Knowledge in German is considered as an additional qualification.
Additional Information
This is a permanent position on a full time basis in our office in Nacka, reporting to the Team Leader machine department.
