Epiroc is using a wide range of IT applications and systems to support our internal and external users and global business processes. Many of these applications and systems are critical to the business and hence, the requirement of efficient and well-structured maintenance management is essential to safeguard application and system availability for all users and processes.
As the M3 Solution Development Manager you will be responsible for developing the M3 Epiroc template solution. M3 has been chose to be the global ERP application used within Epiroc. You will report to the Global Maintenance Application Manager, ERP.

Mission
As the M3 Solution Development Manger you will lead a team of Solution Architects that will manage the M3 Epiroc solution. Your role is with the team to protect, maintain and develop a common Epiroc M3 Solution. The goal is to use M3 standard solution and minimize modifications in the M3 solution.
The change process is the key for add new functionality to the solution so together with the change manager will your role be to continue to improve and develop the process. To further develop the change process the aim is to add a release planning process. That will be done in close collaboration with the process councils.
In the role you will be the lead for develop the strategy for the M3 application, to set the roadmap for the tools within the M3 package. To be updated on the roadmap for our vendor and assess how that will impact the Epiroc M3 solution. The goal is to have an efficient and user friendly M3 solution for the user community.
Your profile
You have a university degree or equivalent experience and 10 years of working experience within the ERP area, preferable M3.
You have experience with the leading, motivating and with the development of the team.
You have a good understanding of business processes.
To be successful, you should also be well structured, service minded and adaptable to change.
Experience of working in a multinational organization.
Good command of written and spoken English. Other language would be an advantage.
The job requires a lot of collaboration both internally and externally so good interpersonal and communications skills are a prerequisite to be successful in this role.
An enterprising personality is desired, with a capacity to deliver in line with expectations and objectives as the work is conducted with full responsibility and flexibility within given frames.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. But other location can be considered.
Business travel will be required, 10 % or less for a year. Some could be international.
