What you'll do?Veoneer is at an exciting phase and growing fast, we therefore need to strengthen our global Business IT team with a new Business Analyst. As our new Business Analyst, your main goal will be to work towards a more digitalized and mobile use for the application tool Movex/M3, secure that the tool is aligned with the business requirements and meets the demand of a modern technology. To be able to reach your goal you will secure the lifecycle of our Movex/M3 tool and its connected components. As well as being responsible for the strategic decisions and the maintenance of the service. This also means that you will be responsible to also manage projects within the area as well as the management of our external service providers.
It is an exciting role where you will work with Project Management, analyze application and business requirements. In addition, you will provide solution design with functional and technical conception in alignment with our business requirements, architectural principles, infrastructural framework and security guidelines. You will execute and control application development, test and maintenance activities all to continuously optimize the application digitalization, functions, usability, performance, budget and cost
What you'll bringWe believe that you're a person who is seeking new and excitation challenges within IT Projects. You already have a solid base knowledge within the field and Movex/M3, but you are now looking for new thrilling projects to sink your teeth in to, So why not as our new M3 Business Analyst?
We presume that you thrive in environments of constant learning and discovering new ways of working and developing processes where you can put your problem-solving skills to good use. You understand the different functions within the organization, their core processes and how they're all linked together and with your excellent competence and knowledge within system administration and architecture you're able to make fast and clear decisions. You're no stranger to driving projects and you're a person who is known to instill trust and encourage curiosity within your team, knowing it can lead to more innovative improvements and solutions. Additionally, you're no stranger to communicating and negotiating with external service providers and management groups. Which means that you're able to take a conflict should it arise.
Level (diploma) required:
• Degree in business, commers, computing engineering or equivalent
Other required skills:
• Documented Project Management skills
• Documented leader roles are highly merited
• Excellent experience in Movex/M3
• Good business knowledge
• Technical (i-Series) know-how
• Fluent in English, written and verbally (Swedish merited)
